The Andes Cardigan is one of the most impressive knits we've ever come across. Made of an alpaca wool/cotton blend, these cardigans are extremely soft and are at a zero in the itchy-ness factor. The design of the Andes cardigan is based off the Japanese kendo jackets, and feature a diamond cable knit stitch on the front and back yoke. These are knit with a manual machine on a flat surface, creating a substantial sweater that's densely knit and sturdy as can be. The yarns consist of Peruvian pima cotton dyed with sawdust from molle tree woven with fluffy yarn organic cotton core wrapped with undyed baby alpaca. The result is an unbelievably soft and plush sweater.
